QUALIFICATIONS:

Must value coaching player development over winning games.
Must have a desire to provide a quality and competitive environment during training sessions and games.
Must have an interest in developing the whole player – on and off the field.
Great communicator with both players and parents.
Professionally licensed with minimum of D license or willing to work towards getting a minimum of a D license.
Willingness to understand and coach within the structure of the CFU Game Model.
