2026/2027 Player Evaluation Information

At CFU, we have ongoing player evaluations at multiple training locations depending on age group. If you are looking for an evaluation for a Competitive team and are not currently rostered with an FYSA team for the 2026/2027 season, register below and we will reach out to you with evaluation options.

PLAYERS MUST REGISTER BELOW PRIOR IN ORDER TO HAVE AN EVALUATION.

Once players register for an evaluation, they will be contacted with date/time options to train with our current teams to be evaluated by our coaching staff.

CFU Soccer Waiver of Liability and Release Form (Required)

I, the undersigned, in consideration for my and/or my child’s voluntary participation in Player Evaluations, do hereby willfully acknowledge and attest to my understanding and agreement that: Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with soccer and in consideration for Central Florida United Soccer Academy LLC DBA CFU Soccer and its affiliates accepting the registrant for its soccer programs and activities (the “Programs”), I hereby release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify Central Florida United Soccer Academy LLC DBA CFU Soccer, its affiliated organizations and sponsors, their employees and associated personnel, including the owner of fields and facilities utilized for the Programs against any claim by or on behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrant’s participation in the Programs and/or being transported to or from the same, which transportation I hereby authorize. My son/daughter has received a physical examination by a physician and has been found physically capable of participating in the Programs. I hereby give my consent to have an athletic trainer and/or doctor of medicine or dentistry provide my son/daughter with medical assistance and/or treatment and agree to be responsible financially for the reasonable cost of each assistance and/or treatment.
